General Policies
An automatic deposit will be taken upon receipt of your order and balance charged out when your order is shipped. Sometimes we receive and ship a portion of the order and charge a 2nd deposit, no additional shipping charge will be applied on multiple shipments. All orders will ship within 2-4 weeks, unless indicated differently on our site with a particular vendor. The majority of items shown on the web site are not stocked, we consider each order a "special order". With that in mind, please understand that some deliveries may take weeks.
Although we take every means to ensure that our web site reflects accurate pricing, errors can occur. If a pricing error is found, you will be informed of the price difference and can act accordingly.

Taxes
We collect state sales tax when shipping to the following states:
Any and all sales shipped to a NY state address is subject to a 8.63% tax charge. This is for orders placed within NY and from out of state. If a deposit is taken, it will have this portion taxed and when the balance due is charged, it also will be taxed.

Return Policies
All orders are considered a "special order" and returns are accepted only when the wrong order was sent, a manufacturers defect or damaged in shipping. For any return you need an authorization from parkavegifts.com. All original packaging, labels and sleeves must be in the original condition as received and shipped by us. Please, call us for instructions concerning return procedure within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise.
